Terms of Service

The service
Invoice Rescue chases overdue invoices on a client's behalf, in the client's name, using an escalating sequence of reminder, firm follow-up, and formal notice — including statutory interest calculations where applicable under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Every message is reviewed by a human before it's sent.
Invoice Rescue is a credit-control service. We are not a debt collection agency, not solicitors, and not regulated by the FCA.
Plans
- Foundation — £349/month, no long contract, up to 15 active invoices.
- Engine — £649/month, 3-month minimum, up to 40 active invoices.
- Operator — £1,250/month, 3-month minimum, unlimited invoices.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. We can change plan pricing with notice before your next billing cycle.
Your responsibilities
- The invoice and debtor data you give us is accurate and it's your invoice to chase.
- You have a lawful basis to pursue the debt and to have us contact the debtor on your behalf.
- You review escalation drafts promptly where our process asks for your input.
Cancellation
Foundation can be cancelled at any time. Engine and Operator have a 3-month minimum term, then roll month-to-month until cancelled. Cancel by emailing hello@invoicerescue.co.uk.
Liability
We chase invoices diligently and professionally but don't guarantee any invoice will be paid. Our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
